Nominations can be made in each of the following categories:

Reasons for your Nomination

In 500 words please tell us how the nominee has made a significant contribution to Catholic education, including any positions or roles held, activities undertaken, together with relevant dates of service. Also, please include a statement in your own words about why you think the person should be the recipient of a Catholic Education Award South Australia.
Please address the relevant selection criteria, noting that some/all of this submission will be used as a citation.
